Product Specification
Fused Magnesia
Fused magnesia (electrofused magnesia) is produced by melting high-purity magnesite in electric arc furnaces at temperatures exceeding 2800°C. The resulting material features large periclase crystals, high bulk density, and excellent resistance to high temperatures and slag corrosion, making it a key raw material for premium basic refractories.

Applications
- Raw material for magnesia carbon bricks and basic refractories
- Steelmaking furnace linings (BOF, EAF, ladle)
- Cement rotary kiln burning zone lining
- Glass furnace regenerator packing
- Non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces
