Product Specification
Ferro Vanadium
Ferro vanadium (FeV) is an alloy of vanadium and iron produced by the aluminothermic or electric arc furnace process. It is one of the most important microalloying additions in steelmaking, imparting significantly higher strength, toughness, and wear resistance at low addition rates. Fenghua supplies FeV in standard grades conforming to GB/T 4139 and equivalent international specifications.

Applications
- Microalloying of high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steels for construction and pipelines
- Tool steels and high-speed steels requiring hardness and wear resistance
- Reinforcing bar (rebar) production for earthquake-resistant structures
- Automotive structural components and spring steels
- Rail steels and heavy-duty machinery parts
